データの削除

Hirome に保存された SNS アカウントのデータは、次のどの方法でも削除できます。削除されるのは、そのアカウントの認証情報と、Hirome が取得したコメント・分析データ・投稿先の記録です。各 SNS 上の投稿やコメントは削除されません。

Hirome で接続を解除する

  1. Hirome にログインし、左のメニューから「アカウント」を開きます。
  2. 削除したいアカウントの「解除」を押し、確認画面で「接続を解除」を押します。

データはその場で削除されます。YouTube と TikTok は、あわせて各社に対して Hirome のアクセス権を取り消します。

各 SNS の設定で連携を解除する

  • Instagram：Instagram の設定にある「ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」から Hirome を削除します。
  • Threads：Threads の設定にある「ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」から Hirome を削除します。
  • YouTube：Google のセキュリティ設定ページで Hirome のアクセス権を削除します。
  • TikTok：TikTok アプリの設定で、連携しているアプリの一覧から Hirome の権限を削除します。
  • Bluesky：Bluesky の設定で、Hirome 用に発行したアプリパスワードを削除します。

Instagram と Threads は、連携を解除すると Meta から Hirome に通知が届き、自動でデータを削除します。YouTube と TikTok は、次に Hirome がアクセスしたときに連携の解除を検知し、30日以内にデータを削除します。

Hirome のアカウントごと削除する

info@team-poc.com に、登録したメールアドレスからご連絡ください。30日以内に、ワークスペースと保存されたデータをすべて削除します。

バックアップ

削除したデータは、バックアップからも最大30日で消去されます。

Data deletion

You can delete the data Hirome stores for a connected social account in any of the ways below. This removes the account's tokens and the comments, metrics and post records Hirome fetched. Nothing is deleted on the networks themselves.

Disconnect in Hirome

  1. Sign in to Hirome and open "アカウント" (Accounts) in the left menu.
  2. Click "解除" (Disconnect) on the account and confirm.

The data is deleted immediately. For YouTube and TikTok we also revoke Hirome's access with them.

Remove Hirome in the network's settings

  • Instagram: remove Hirome under "Website permissions" in Instagram settings.
  • Threads: remove Hirome under "Website permissions" in Threads settings.
  • YouTube: remove Hirome on the Google security settings page.
  • TikTok: remove Hirome from the connected apps in the TikTok app settings.
  • Bluesky: delete the app password you created for Hirome.

For Instagram and Threads, Meta notifies us and we delete the data automatically. For YouTube and TikTok we detect the removal the next time Hirome accesses the account and delete the data within 30 days.

Delete your Hirome account

Email info@team-poc.com from your registered address. We delete your workspace and all stored data within 30 days.

Backups

Deleted data disappears from backups within 30 days.
