Team PoC（以下「運営者」）は、SNS の予約投稿・コメント管理サービス「Hirome」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

アカウント情報

表示名、メールアドレス、パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存し、運営者も元のパスワードを知ることはできません）。

投稿コンテンツ

利用者が本サービスで作成・アップロードした本文、画像、動画、予約日時、メモ。

接続した SNS アカウントの情報

利用者が接続した SNS について、各 SNS の公式 API から、接続時に利用者が許可した範囲で次の情報を取得します。

  • Instagram：アカウント ID、ユーザー名、名前、プロフィール画像、アカウント種別、フォロワー数・フォロー数・投稿数、利用者自身の投稿の一覧（ID、キャプション、種類、URL、日時、サムネイル）、利用者の投稿へのコメントと返信（投稿者名、本文、日時、いいね数）、投稿ごとのインサイト（閲覧数、リーチ、いいね、コメント、シェア、保存、リールの平均視聴時間）。
  • Threads：アカウント ID、ユーザー名、名前、プロフィール画像、利用者自身の投稿、利用者の投稿への返信、インサイト（フォロワー数、閲覧、いいね、返信、リポスト、引用、シェア）。
  • TikTok：open_id・union_id、表示名、アバター、投稿時に確認するアカウント情報（ニックネーム、ユーザー名、選べる公開範囲、コメント・デュエット・ステッチの設定、投稿できる動画の長さ）、フォロワー数・フォロー数・動画数、利用者の公開動画の一覧（ID、日時、カバー画像、URL、キャプション、長さ、再生・いいね・コメント・シェアの数）。
  • YouTube：チャンネル ID、チャンネル名、ハンドル、アイコン、利用者のチャンネルの動画（ID、タイトル、説明文、サムネイル、公開日時、長さ、再生回数・高評価数・コメント数）、チャンネル登録者数・動画数、利用者の動画へのコメントと返信（投稿者のチャンネル名・ID・アイコン、本文、日時、高評価数、公開・保留の状態）。
  • Bluesky：アカウントの DID、ハンドル、表示名、アイコン、利用者の投稿と、その返信・メンション。利用者が発行したアプリパスワードで接続します。
  • 各 SNS のアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン等の認証情報。

利用ログ

操作履歴（いつ、誰が、どの AI クライアント経由で何を行ったか）、アクセス日時、IP アドレス、ブラウザの情報。

2. 利用目的

  • 利用者の指示・予約に基づいて、接続した SNS アカウントへ投稿するため
  • 利用者の投稿に寄せられたコメントを表示し、利用者の指示に基づいて返信・非表示（保留）にするため
  • 利用者自身のアカウントと投稿の反応を、分析画面に表示するため
  • 利用者が許可した AI アシスタント（Claude、ChatGPT など）から本サービスを操作できるようにするため
  • 本人確認、不正利用の防止、障害対応、お問い合わせへの対応のため

SNS から取得した情報を、販売すること、広告やプロファイリングに使うこと、AI・機械学習モデルの学習に使うことはありません。運営者の担当者がこれらの情報を見るのは、利用者の同意がある場合、セキュリティ上必要な場合、法令に基づく場合に限ります。

3. 共有する相手

運営者は、次の場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • 利用者の指示に基づいて、接続した SNS に投稿・返信等のデータを送信する場合
  • 同じワークスペースのメンバーに表示する場合（接続した SNS アカウントの投稿・コメント・分析は、そのワークスペースのメンバーに表示されます）
  • 利用者が許可した AI アシスタントからの要求に応じて、許可されたワークスペースの情報だけを返す場合
  • 本サービスの運営を委託する Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）のサーバーに保存する場合
  • 法令に基づく場合

4. 保存場所と安全管理

  • データは Cloudflare, Inc. のサービス（Workers、D1、R2、KV）に保存します。米国など日本国外のサーバーに保存されることがあります。
  • SNS の認証情報は AES-256-GCM で暗号化して保存し、利用者や AI クライアントに返すことはありません。
  • データはワークスペースごとに分けて管理します。
  • 投稿用の画像・動画は、各 SNS のサーバーが取得できるよう、推測が困難な URL で配信します。

5. 保存期間と削除

  • SNS アカウントの情報と取得したデータは、そのアカウントを接続している間だけ保存します。
  • 本サービスで接続を解除すると、そのアカウントの認証情報と、取得したコメント・分析データを直ちに削除します。YouTube と TikTok は、あわせて各社に対してアクセス権を取り消します。
  • 各 SNS の設定で本サービスとの連携を解除した場合や、各 SNS からデータ削除のリクエストを受けた場合も、同じように削除します。
  • YouTube から取得したタイトル・説明文・サムネイル・コメント・チャンネル情報は、取得から30日以内に取得し直して更新するか、削除します。再接続が必要な状態のまま30日たった YouTube アカウントのデータは削除します。
  • 削除したデータは、バックアップからも最大30日で消去されます。
  • 本サービスで削除しても、各 SNS 上の投稿やコメントは削除されません。SNS 上のデータは各 SNS で削除してください。

6. YouTube API サービスの利用

本サービスは YouTube API サービスを使用しています。YouTube チャンネルを接続することにより、利用者は YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。Google による情報の取り扱いは Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。本サービスへのアクセス権は、Google のセキュリティ設定ページからいつでも取り消せます。

本サービスが Google API から受け取った情報の利用、および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Use の要件を含む Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに準拠します。

7. Cookie と外部サービス

ログイン状態を保つためにセッション Cookie を使います。広告や行動の追跡を目的とした Cookie は使いません。このサイトは文字の表示に Google Fonts を使っており、フォントの取得時に IP アドレスなどが Google に送られます。

8. 利用者の権利

利用者は、自己の情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除を求めることができます。下記の窓口までご連絡ください。本サービスのアカウントの削除も、同じ窓口で受け付け、30日以内に対応します。

9. 改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定します。重要な変更は、本サービスの画面またはこのページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Team PoC ("we") operates Hirome, a service for scheduling social media posts and managing comments. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how you can delete it.

1. Information we collect

  • Your account: display name, email address and password (stored as a hash; we cannot read it).
  • Your content: text, images, videos, schedules and notes you create or upload.
  • Instagram: account ID, username, name, profile picture, account type, follower/following/media counts, your own media (ID, caption, type, permalink, time, thumbnail), comments and replies on your media (author name, text, time, like count) and per-post insights (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, average Reel watch time).
  • Threads: account ID, username, name, profile picture, your own posts, replies to them and insights (followers, views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, shares).
  • TikTok: open_id/union_id, display name, avatar, the creator information checked before posting (nickname, username, available privacy levels, comment/duet/stitch settings, maximum video length), follower/following/video counts and your public videos (ID, time, cover, share URL, caption, duration, view/like/comment/share counts).
  • YouTube: channel ID, title, handle and thumbnail; IDs, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publish time, duration and view/like/comment counts of videos on your channel; subscriber and video counts; comments and replies on your videos (author channel name, ID and avatar, text, time, like count, moderation status).
  • Bluesky: DID, handle, display name, avatar, your posts and their replies and mentions, accessed with an app password you create.
  • Access and refresh tokens for each network, and activity logs (who did what, including through which AI client, with time, IP address and browser).

2. How we use it

Only to publish what you write or schedule, to show comments on your posts and reply to or hide them when you ask, to show your own accounts' performance, to let AI assistants you authorize operate Hirome for you, and to secure and support the service. We do not sell data obtained from the networks, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. Our staff do not read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

3. Sharing

We share information only with the networks you connect (to carry out your instructions), with members of your workspace, with AI assistants you authorize (limited to the workspace you allowed), with our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), or as required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, KV), possibly outside Japan. Network tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never returned to users or AI clients. Data is separated by workspace.

5. Retention and deletion

  • We keep a network account's data only while it is connected.
  • Disconnecting an account in Hirome immediately deletes its tokens and the comments and metrics we fetched; for YouTube and TikTok we also revoke our access with them.
  • We delete the same data when you remove Hirome in the network's settings or when a network sends us a data deletion request.
  • YouTube titles, descriptions, thumbnails, comments and channel information are refreshed or deleted within 30 days of retrieval. Data of a YouTube account that has needed reconnection for 30 days is deleted.
  • Deleted data disappears from backups within 30 days.
  • Deleting data in Hirome does not delete anything on the networks themselves.

6. YouTube API Services

Hirome uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Hirome's access at any time on the Google security settings page.

Hirome's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Cookies and third parties

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and no advertising or tracking cookies. This site loads Google Fonts, which sends your IP address and similar information to Google.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your information, including deleting your Hirome account. Contact us below; we respond within 30 days.
