利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Team PoC（以下「運営者」）が提供する SNS の予約投稿・コメント管理サービス「Hirome」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意のうえ本サービスを利用するものとします。
第1条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、利用者が接続した SNS アカウント（Instagram、Threads、TikTok、YouTube、Bluesky など）について、投稿の作成・予約・公開、コメントの取得・返信・非表示、投稿の反応の分析を、Web 画面と、利用者が許可した AI アシスタント（MCP 接続）から行えるようにするものです。
第2条（アカウント）
- 利用者は、運営者が定める方法でアカウントを登録するものとします。ベータ版の期間は招待制です。
- 利用者は、自己の責任でパスワード等を管理し、第三者に利用させてはなりません。
第3条（SNS アカウントの接続）
- 利用者は、自らが正当な権限を持つ SNS アカウントだけを本サービスに接続するものとします。
- 利用者は、接続した各 SNS の利用規約、コミュニティガイドライン、開発者向けポリシーを守るものとします。
- 各 SNS の仕様変更、API の停止・制限、審査の状況などにより、本サービスの機能の全部または一部が使えなくなることがあります。
第4条（YouTube・TikTok・Meta の規約）
- 本サービスは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。利用者は、本サービスで YouTube チャンネルを接続し、または YouTube に動画をアップロードすることにより、YouTube 利用規約に拘束されることに同意し、アップロードする動画が YouTube 利用規約とコミュニティガイドラインに準拠していることを保証します。
- TikTok に投稿する場合、利用者は TikTok の利用規約、音楽の利用に関する確認、ブランドコンテンツを含む場合はブランドコンテンツポリシーに同意するものとします。
- Instagram・Threads に投稿する場合、利用者は Instagram と Threads の利用規約・コミュニティガイドラインを守るものとします。
第5条（投稿内容と AI による操作）
- 本サービスを通じて投稿・返信した内容の責任は、利用者が負うものとします。
- 利用者が AI アシスタントに本サービスの操作を許可した場合、その AI アシスタントによる操作は利用者の操作とみなします。ワークスペースの設定により、AI からの投稿を人の承認制にできます。
- 利用者は、第三者の著作権・肖像権・プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する内容や、法令・公序良俗に反する内容を投稿してはなりません。広告・タイアップなどは、各 SNS の定めに従って適切に表示するものとします。
第6条（禁止事項）
- 法令または本規約に違反する行為
- スパム、なりすまし、不正なフォロー・エンゲージメントの操作など、各 SNS が禁止する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、過度な負荷をかける行為
- 他人の SNS アカウントを無断で操作するために本サービスを使う行為
第7条（料金）
ベータ版の期間、本サービスは無料です。有料プランを始めるときは、料金と条件を事前にお知らせし、利用者が同意した場合にだけ課金します。
第8条（本サービスの変更・停止）
運営者は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を停止・終了することがあります。重要な変更や終了は、できる限り事前にお知らせします。
第9条（退会とデータの削除）
利用者は、いつでも SNS アカウントの接続を解除し、またはお問い合わせ窓口に連絡して本サービスのアカウントを削除できます。データの扱いはプライバシーポリシーとデータの削除に定めるとおりです。
第10条（免責）
- 本サービスは現状のまま提供され、運営者は、投稿の実行・タイミング・各 SNS 上での表示などについて、完全性・正確性を保証しません。
- 運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用できないことにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
第11条（規約の変更）
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとし、変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更は事前にお知らせします。
第12条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
1. The service
Hirome lets you create, schedule and publish posts, read, reply to and hide comments, and review the performance of posts on the social accounts you connect (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky and others), from the web app and from AI assistants you authorize over MCP. By using Hirome you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
Sign-up follows the method we provide (invitation only during the beta). Keep your password secure and do not let others use your account.
3. Connecting networks
Connect only accounts you are entitled to manage, and follow each network's terms, community guidelines and developer policies. Network changes, API restrictions or review outcomes may make some features unavailable.
4. YouTube, TikTok and Meta terms
Hirome uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or uploading videos to YouTube through Hirome, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and confirm that your uploads comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. When posting to TikTok you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, Branded Content Policy. When posting to Instagram or Threads you agree to follow their terms and community guidelines.
5. Your content and AI assistants
You are responsible for what you publish and reply through Hirome. Actions taken by an AI assistant you authorized are treated as your actions; your workspace can require human approval for AI-initiated posts. Do not post content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law, and label advertising as each network requires.
6. Prohibited use
Breaking the law or these terms; spam, impersonation or fake engagement; disrupting or overloading the service; operating other people's accounts without permission.
7. Fees
Hirome is free during the beta. Before introducing paid plans we will announce the prices and terms, and we will charge only with your agreement.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or end the service, and will give notice of important changes where possible. You may disconnect accounts or ask us to delete your Hirome account at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the court with jurisdiction over our location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
